They just need to report equipment is returned sooner and not 3 or more days later.

I was never told the dolly was not available after they changed my pick up location, and then I had to go rent one very bad customer service. I was charged more than what the app said and this was after they didn't even have the dolly available.
Cristal Dthe truck was not checked in when it was dropped off so I got a call about overdue equipment and when I called and talked to Sheila she said I would have to wait until Monday for confirmation.
Andrea JPick up location in Taft was a little hard to find but overall was an easy experience. We just had to have them clean the front windshield before heading out. The truck performed properly and no mechanical issues, I don’t normally drive box trucks, but it is worth noting to break early when having a full load in order to come to a full and complete stop at the stop sign or stoplight or at the car in front of you.
