There was no dedicated person to uHaul at the store. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes just to find out if they had an appliance dolly, but I had to ask multiple people multiple times. When finished, I did not get a contract to sign not did I get an email. I just had to trust that she did what I had asked for.

I scheduled the pick up location in the town where I lived. But at last minute found out I had to drive 30 miles one way to pick it up and then 30 miles back to start packing. Uhaul did give me a discount for my extra miles. That helped a lot. Very nice people to work with. Truck was clean and ready to use. Very happy with this experience.

Uhaul moved location 30 minutes away without contacting me. Delayed move over an hour. Then had to do same hour trip to return. Rental location was new and still training. Owner is bored me when dropping off. Wouldn't even make eye contact while he moved trucks around while I waited to drop trailer.

Next time don’t give away my trailer to someone else and send me 35miles out of my way. Place didn’t even open till 10pm and then couldn’t accept my visa or master card gift cards

These guys are awesome! They went out of the way to locate and retrieve a trailer for us after the one we were going to borrow fell through. Get your UHaul there and get your BBQ @Mojos too!
