Pat MI was quoted a price of 499 plus 40 insurance and my card was billed for 603.68. There appears to be a mistake I will be making a follow up call and if we can’t work it out I will not use U-Haul again. Better yet maybe you should call me to work it out at 856-214-6718

KENNETH MI was charged for 2 extra miles that I didn't drive. It's not worth my time for $4.00 refund, but I won't use this site again because of it. Everything else was fine. I just don't like the overcharge.

Chris FThis was the first time I ever rented a vehicle that did not have a full tank of gas. It was an annoyance to have to try to figure out how much gas to put in. And at the end of the day I left twice as much gas in the truck than I got it with. Feels like I got ripped off for at least $20 of gas.
JOSEPH CThis was the 3rd location I went too. First one didn’t have the trailer, I was sent to another in PA. We did all paperwork and hooked up but the trailer lights were damaged and they could not fix. People there were very rude and short.had to go to the last uhaul they didn’t have much equipment and no help hooking up.

Then my email was included anyway. You literally equated to ZERO 0 ZILCH, in any way. I don't appreciate any of my information shared eith others, let alone used to make their reservations

CLIFTON CTrailer was really beat up, there was no place to use straps or tie downs, the drive side front corner was leaking which got some of my boxes wet
