My reservation was never put in for my pickup time by another location, had to drive another 25 minutes to this one. Self check in was horrible, more delays…the local manager came by to get us going.. Great Guy! After 2 hours of setbacks the ac stopped working in the truck, 90 degrees in Alabama.. made for real different ride for 300 miles. Let’s see what you all are gonna do to correct this for me.
