We got lost finding our way to return the truck, so I called to let them know we got lost and she talked with me about how to find their office, and also sent me a map, which helped us find our way. Really great service! Thank you.

The lady that help me was very nice n found all the equipment I needed for the move. The place was totally out of my way and not my choice to go there it took 45 minutes out of my way to get the truck that needed repairs the wipers blade didn’t work n the truck had no power once we got on the road making it even longer trip. We hit rain and had to keep stopping due to the wiper blades.

We weren't greeted by anyone, which was somewhat expected, because it was near the end of the day. The lot was a mess, however, with vehicles and trailers parked every which way. There was no clear indicator of where we should leave the trailer, and there wasn't much room to just create a spot at that. It took probably 30 minutes to finagle our trailer into a spot we felt was A. Safe B. Didn't block any entrances or exits. C. Block in a different vehicle or trailer and D. Allowed us the space we needed to get out. We did it, but it wasn't easy.

Omg, cleanest truck we ever got from any place. Blues away Penske and Budget. They went above and beyond to get us best price. Newer trucks and not all best up like the budget one we got. This office was a delight to deal with and the people truly put the U in Uhaul.

The check in is getting too complicated with confirmations and photos from customer phone. I'm used to handing over the information and being in my way. Transactions should be streamlined with all dealers. This is not necessarily complaint with this dealer. They were fine, this is a general observation over checking from past experiences both mine and with other's rentals.
