Since pick up and drop offs can vary I have no idea if the condition of this truck is the responsibility of any particular location. What I can say is that the cargo portion of the truck was very clean and actually wet mopped. That was good. I do think the vehicle needs an alignment and a brake job. The vehicle drove like it had been abused. Was difficult to keep straight and the truck shook when brakes were applied. Other than that it met my needs and I appreciated the availability of it.

As a woman, it was a little scary picking up through the mobile app for the first time, especially in the neighborhood that I picked up from. I had no idea that there would not be anyone to help or assist me during this process.

This company is poorly run. I rented truck for one day, told guy maybe 2. They showed up at my house at 8am on second day demanding money, told them i need it till 11am then would be in to settle up, they took truck and left. What a horrible company.

They were supposed to be open, but were not. I had to use the app to get the truck, which went fine until I uploaded photos of unrecorded damage. The app glitched and I couldn't tell if the photos had uploaded. I called owner for help...eventually Alex (owner) tried to tell me I could just tell the return agent I'd gotten the truck that way. Simultaneously was waiting to chat with live agent, which eventually worked well enough, but your app doesn't let me see what I'm typing, so the communication was slow going. A process that should've taken 10 min took over 2 hours.

It was already pretty full of oddly parked uhauls and getting my in there was a challenge. It was fine for me because I'm comfortable with these types of vehicles but may be difficult for people who are nervous about maneuvering anything bigger than a pickup truck.

Hard to rate. Their was no one there at 4:15 though it said they were open til 7P. Virtual drop off was simple enough, but where to leave the vehicle very iunclear. A neighbor helped us.

This location was amazing! I had a great experience - timely pickup of the truck and it was well maintained and clean. They were also amazing and helpful when I had to extend my reservation a little bit due to traffic. Would recommend!

Alex was great: organized, welcoming and went the extra mile to reach out and confirm my reservation - which led me to reserve a UHAUL for an extra day. Very sharp and pleasant to work with - I will definitely move my frequent business from the Northampton location to here in Easthampton.
