Horrible experience. They changed my location 3 times. I booked a reservation 1 week in advance and when I got there to pick it up they changed it again. Which was 14 miles away so 90% of the money I had to pay was cause of that

It was a bit unclear where to go to pick up the key. After you find your way a great personable rep, solid clean vehicle and easy drop off. Also got my honest receipt today where I was credited back for below expected mileage.

Outstanding experience. I made a same-day reservation with pretty short notice, but the trailer was ready to go when I arrived. The owner was friendly and personable, the location was easy to find, and the lot had plenty of room to park and maneuver into and out of it. I recommend this location highly. Many thanks!

Actually we will need the truck a second day so a friend is on their way! The customer representative at pickup was friendly, informative and had me and the uhaul 15’ truck on our way in no time. Super convenient and I’d recommend it to anybody

Truck couldn't go over 35 mph due to bent front rim causing bad shaking. Truck rear tires has large spots of rubber missing and steel belt layer is rusting..
