He gave me no brochure on packing the truck. Truck was filthy inside and out and smelled like cigarettes. Gas Guage was near empty or the Guage is broken. I put in 37 gal immediately. No idea how much it holds. That was the most,I put in. It was barely under half when I turned it in, but who knows. Better safe than sorry.Rhelda T.

I'm not sure....but the 15' truck I rented, I don't know what motor it has, but it was incredible. I had a very full load, not overweight but heavy enough to put a load on the motor. That Ford chew it up an spit it out like so much crepe paper...incredible compared to many of the older trucksKen P.
They wanted to charge us for putting extra gas in the tank...WHO DOES THAT! should be grateful with the cost of gas! Ridiculous. Not to mention we returned it the day before it was due back, of course they didn't offer any refund for that. Just bad business.Tracy P.

I picked up the truck, it had a loud exhaust leak. The truck was clean and ready to go other than the exhaust leak. The staff didn't mention it at all, but the noise was loud enough to not be able to miss it.Mike H.

The 44 Livestock and Pet Supply UHaul is the best location I have used. (I have rented 6 times in two states over the last 18 months) The key to their superb service is the rep there. He hustles to get you loaded, tests your lighting, makes sure the gear is clean and he is ALWAYS pleasant and smiling. UHaul should video his work and use it to train employees.CHARLES L.

It was my first time using UHaul, and I have the option of paying in cash or a credit card. I have a card that I used for my bills and reserving hotel room. There was money on the card and I tried using it to pay for the UHaul but their computer system would not allow it. My brother also had his bank card and tried using it as well but the computer system would not allow it either. I had to run back home to grab an extra $100 bill including the total amount. It was a waste of time but I am glad they were able to hold the truck for me.Krystal J.

Due to demand we had to drive 15 miles to get the truck. Agent said rate would be $10 cheaper to compensate for mileage. Also got the truck and opened it and it reeked or marijuana.PHILLIP B.

Customer service for 44 Feed was great as always. The truck however, was subpar and not what I expected based on prior truck rentals. The truck was 13 years old, which was part of the problem. Truck did not have cruise control, which sucks when driving 1200 miles. The headlights weren't properly adjusted, making night time driving a lot more challenging than need be. Drivers seat did not have an arm rest on the right side, so we ended up with a couch cushion in the cab to make the drive a little more comfortable. The seatbelts locked up with the slightest movement, so reaching for things and even adjusting ones posture was a hassle. If all that wasn't enough, the am/fm only radio, when it could actually find a signal, had constant static and sounded like blown speakers placed in a tin can. After this experience I'd be hesitant to rent another truck from Uhaul . I did try calling uhaul en route to our destination to see about getting a different truck, but after being on hold for 20+ minutes I gave up.Nick E.

I reserved online and had prearranged my dropoffs. After picking up the equipment and completing their use I found that the drop-off location had been changed and completely out of my way due to being on a tight schedule. This U Haul had a leak in the cab causing my aunt to drive 421 miles soaked from head to toe. The damage was not disclosed at the rental location upon pick up.jeremiah W.
This equipment was not in good working condition. After we began loading the U Haul we noticed that the cargo area had a leak and smelled of marijuana. I called and talked to a customer service agent and had them document it.jeremiah W.

The guy running this place treated me like I was a second class citizen. I gave him the keys to the van and he moved it. I went in and while I was inside another customer came in. When he came in to wait on me he waited on the other person first. Then argued with me over the amount of gas in the van, which that van wasn't full when I got it. Then when he printed my receipt he flicked the paper in my face. I hope that Uhaul will take a look at this paticular business as they treated me unworthy of at least exceptional service and I'm from this area.Perry S.
Things went well until day before I received a phone call asking us to change drop-off locations. That didn't work for us. Not our issue there weren't enough trucks in one location. Plus, we paid by the mile....not going to go further to drop off a truck due to U-Hauls need for another truck in a different location. Other than that....nice experience.Deborah Y.
