JAY SThe truck tires were low, the truck was beat up, and the back sliding door had animal feces along the bottom from the fertilizer they sell. He also had an angry attitude because I kept it an extra day but I had extended it in the app and didn't know it didn't update. The entire transaction was rude and unprofessional. I'll pay extra mileage just to rent from a different location.

MICHAEL MThe location was fine. Nothing special, but the guys were helpful. The worst part was that the truck had a broken spark plug, so a few minutes after pulling away I had to stop, contact Roadside Assistance, and it took an hour and a half to get it fixed. That was frustrating.

MORGAN DI scheduled a one-way truck over the phone two days previous to my trip. I gave my origin address, and my destination address, and the lady helped me find a pick-up and drop-off location near both. I picked up the truck and the man helping me said that he was going to mark the destination as "I don't know" so that I could decide when I was there. I did not authorize a specific location. During my rental, I called in and extended my reservation by one day. There was no communication of a change of destination. When I arrived at my originally agreed-upon destination, they told me that my destination had been reset to near the origin and that if I dropped it off where I had originally agreed to, I would be charged over $300. I spoke with support and they absolutely no help, blaming me for the mix-up when I had never authorized a change in destination. I had to have my family drive, through rush hour traffic back to the origin to drop off, and then back to our new home, after spending 3 days moving. it was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable to be blamed for the mistake and to have 0 help offered in finding a solution. I wasted time and money and had to put my family through unnecessary hardship, in an already stressful time.
ANDREW WWebsite had issues and took way longer than should have. Office was closed so I had to do all the check out stuff. Should really be easier than it was.

DONALD WAs we all know the equipment is heavily used - with this rental (6x12 Trailer) the door was a bit rough to open. All in all it got the job done. But maybe these type of things can be addressed prior to each rental.

Mayson MThe price was over $300, I paid less than that the last time I did a one way car haul. They charged me for 3 days even though I only needed one and would not give any re-imbursement for the 2 unused days, despite have the trailer for less than 24 hours. Not a great value, I will take my business elsewhere. Product and staff were great, just ridiculously high price, very disappointed in the cost and time frame I was charged for.

Cheng TTruck needs serviced, terrible speed wobble at or above 50mph, suspension was shot and very bumpy would recommend taking that specific truck out of rotation until issues are fixed. The interior was clean. Location and owner were great though.

paul hBetter Customer Service representatives on the phone. The mobile app is nice. But talking to a live person is easier to resolve issues. Drop off was not easy. I tried to drop off at another location because no one would answer at the first location I picked. I was told I had to go back and drop off at that location. So I drop 17 Miles back to drop off the truck. When I finally was able to get someone to answer my questions about drop off. She was rude and trying to tell me the truck was not due back until TUesday. Hello. I am done using the truck. Why would I hold onto it for another 48 hours. She was not very helpful. My over all experience was not great. Had to drive 65 miles to pick up a truck cuz Uhaul in Helena does not keep trucks that can leave the city. They gave me this tiny trailer to use to haul stuff to the dump. The manager was so full of himself. I was not impressed.
