During my UHAUL phone call the day prior to pickup which was to occur at 6:30pm, UHAUL advised me that the location would be closed and that an after hours pickup would be required. They offered me an option to go to another location in Windermere which would be open, but instead I chose the after hours pickup. They explained it would be easy to pick up and that the keys would be in a lock box. That evening at 6pm I went to pickup the equipment and it said that the equipment was " not assigned". I then called UHAUL, and they said that the employee at the location did not put the keys in the equipment lock box and as such the equipment was not assigned for pickup. I then went home, cancelled my movers and came back the next morning to pick up the truck. At this time the lethargic employee advised me that they were still open and I should have come inside. I explained that I was told they were not open, including by the person on the phone. In addition their hours on google also shows that they would have been closed. This was a major inconvenience. In addition when I did pick up the truck it was only 2/3 full of gas and the employee when I showed him said he would update it in the system. He did not update it in the system and when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas I was charged. DO NOT TRUST 4 EVER CONVENIENCE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. THE MANAGER LACKS ETHICS AND FAIRNESS.

The preffered location was way further (toal 1h commute), the drop off even if confirmed 3 times - two days before and on the day of renting, still edned up being in Edmonton not in Stony Plain. Terrible time consumption. The truck was good, the app too. The service - destroyed the plans
