Have more than 1/4 tank of gas on pick up
Bradley RVery efficient and rental was very quick. The representative was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.
PASCAL LI would recommend that the truck be filled up with gas and renter be responsible for filling up to full upon return. It would save time and be easier overall.

CAROL AThe retailer is not experienced with the check-in procedure. The reservation I made was for 6 hours (9:30 am to 3:30 pm) through the website, while the store hours are up to 1:00 pm, so he had to change the reservation on his check-in device from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm(Delay in pickup) When I returned the truck at 4:30 pm as I was planning for 6 hours (10:30 am to 4:30 pm) I was charged double the amount(2 periods).
ESSAM KEmployee was on the phone and couldn't decide where he wanted the trailer unhooked! When he finally decided he walked away and left me to unhook the trailer on my own.

JEFFREY CThe pickup location was fine and the truck was fine. However, the user interface for both customers and truck share locations is not well designed. The pick up rep took 35 minutes to muddle through checking me in and then left blankets on my rental agreement that he knew he could not supply, which was a headache/fee on return. I somehow had to scan my license 3 times and received 9 emails regarding the rental by the time I got in the truck.
HEATHER BMake the registration process simpler and easier to use for both the agents and the customer. It seems to be these agencies only have 1 person to run the rental system, this is inconvenient for the customer.
Stanley CI had no problems they were friendly and knowledgeable.
Ray KMake sure trucks are clean inside cab and trailer. Also when your going to the place for pick up . Not professional situation at all.
