My first experience with a cargo trailer. Boat trailers have built in Jack, this does not. You need to be a weight lifter, or bring a very strong friend or have your own jack to manage coupling the hitch. Also discovered that the auto hydraulic brakes on the trailer can severely impact positioning the trailer by hand. The pickup location did not have the electrical tail-light adapter for my 2019 Buick Enclave & I had to drive quarter mile in town with trailer attached to get to auto parts store to buy an adapter.

The only thing I would want to see improved would be having more options to tie things in place. For example, the wood slats were to slim to accept a ratchet strap on even a bungie cord since neither would not fit through it. Some tie down hooks would be great. Thanks.

BRUCE AWe rented a U-Haul this past weekend, and while things worked out in the end, there were several issues worth mentioning. The truck itself was not clean, but thankfully, the very kind and helpful woman at 4K Xtreme Cheer and Gymnastics came outside to check it over before I left. I had also reserved a utility dolly that was not available when I arrived, though she assured me I would be refunded for that. The bigger concern was with the mileage tracking in the app. I took a photo of the starting odometer reading (120,998 miles), and when I returned the truck it read 121,998 — exactly 100 miles driven. However, the app showed a completely different starting mileage, and when I entered the correct odometer reading at drop-off, it tried to charge me for nearly 500 miles. The only way to avoid being overcharged was to enter a false ending mileage so the total reflected the actual 100 miles driven. I left a note in the app with my phone number in case further clarification is needed. Overall, I appreciated the assistance from the on-site staff, but the mileage issue with the app could have resulted in a significant overcharge and needs to be addressed.

Gregory GI walked into the facility to return my truck on Saturday May 10th. The lady greeted me but could not walk out with me to check the truck in because it is also a day care and she was watching 3 kids. She told me she would check me in in 45 minutes. Unfortunately on Tuesday I got a bill for an additional $77 because she said I didn't return the truck within my two day limit. I went back to the facility and talked to her daughter who talked to the owned. She said she would refund my $77 but I am still waiting. Never again.

I had returned merchandise that I DIDNOT use and did not get my money back, so for me that was a lost. Only after looking lost for 20 minutes did a young lady.come out of the daycare and asked what I was looking for. 20 minutes !! To me, very unprofessional.

Terry DI received a charge for fuel but was told by the Moline office that it had under a 1/4 tank and to return it with "about" that amount. When I dropped it off it had the same on the gage as when i picked it up. I just feel a call or something to verify information between the two locations would of have been helpful and not of have cost me additional. the amount is not the issue, the fact that i was told one thing and treated differently at the end - is just my issue. I generally return them with full tanks but this one bit me.

Not sure the equipment is inspected throughly as we had a blow out during our drive. They had to change two tires that were very worn.

She made every effort to insure that the U-HAUL truck you rented met your needs and would safely accomplish the task at hand. This being said, there is no area in need of improvement regarding our business dealings and personal interactions with this U-HAUL representative. She won your company two (2) new customers.

I will drive back to this location the next time I use UHAUL. I cannot express the total satisfaction I experience with this rental. UHAUL needs an "AMASIA" in every location. First time meeting AMASIA, but I will never forget her. Truely a memorable experience, for excellent customer service.

Mark PI would have given this site 5 stars except they had 2 trucks on the lot but neither had keys. Had to wait for someone to bring them in. I also had to drive to the next town to get the truck as no location in my town had what I had ordered. I had planned to start packing the truck at 6::00 am but did not get started until 11:00 am.. However the young lady that helped me was great, giving me all her attention till she solved the problem. She was a 5 star. Very helpful and did not give up,

Elsie SThe phone numbers do not work—they are vacant numbers. We’ve tried contacting them several times at the numbers on Uhaul and the numbers on their website. We rented the $29.95 moving truck for 2 days. We called Uhaul to request an extra day which brought our total to $90.85. For the mileage, we drove approximately 260 miles. As of today, we’ve been charged $469 for this. The gas was put in at Speedway in Wallace to almost 1/2 tank. Now we’ve been told that the gas was not correct. It was not a good experience and has wound up costing us a lot more than it ever should.
