I originally arranged for the rental be directly across the street from our new home as the system indicated they had the right size truck for us. I later received a call from U-Haul stating that the original location did not have the size truck we needed available on the selected weekend, I was frustrated but they directed me to go to 4Spinz, only a few minutes down the road, so it wasn’t a big deal and we agreed. On the day of our move, we arrive at 4Spinz when they are supposed to be open to get the truck, and they we’d closed. I called them to see what was going on, to which they directed me to go to the Bayfield Mall to deal with that distributor to get my truck. I was extremely angry at this process and at the lack of accountability that 4Spinz had for this. They were not apologetic, they didn’t seem to understand the frustration and this process delayed the start of our move by over 2 hours. I will never recommend the 4Spinz location for anyone. On that note, I would like to shout out the Bayfield Mall location. They were very accommodating and got us on our way as soon as possible. Pick up and drop off was very simple. But as this review is for 4Spinz, I give them the lowest rating you can give. To me, this process is simple. If 4Spinz lot can only accommodate up to a 15’ truck, then do not have people go there to get there truck that is 20’ or bigger because they are going to have the same experience that we had.

JOHN EI made a reservation for a Uhaul from here due to south end location to save KMs. After arriving I had to wait only to be told that they didn't have it at this location and that the other side of town was where the vehicle was located. I advised that the additional KMs would be an issue to which they said they wouldn't charge for the first 10kms. I just got my bill and I was charged for the full amount. It cost me time kms and hassle. I am not impressed
Adam CThe store does not open until 11 however our reservation was for 10 and on the U-Haul website they show 10. The person at the store suggested we should have just gone to a different U-Haul, which would’ve taken an extra hour out of our day anyways. They need to update their hours.
Alicia GI dropped the truck off on a Sunday. The location was closed (as expected). Used the mobile app which was quirky to say the least. There is no physical key drop at this location. When I followed up on Monday morning via the phone, there was still no one in the office. They more or less brushed me off and said they'd contact me if they couldn't find the key. I did take a video of me leaving the key so that I have proof that it was dropped off in a secure location.
LEE TTruck was parked on a grass curb surrounded by other vehicles. I was told to drive around them and through the dirt to get out (going over a curb). The low tire pressure sensor was on. When I reported it to the staff - he said don't worry about it sometimes sensors are wrong I can see with my eyes there is air in there. Was overcharged on mileage.
KRITOPHER OIt’s really really bad service, seem more like I’m begging for the equipment than renting it, of to wait about 15 to 45mins each time as the owner is never there and no one helps you to secure your trailer to your vehicle…

RHONDA LI booked a trailer at the Bradford street location. When I arrived no one was there. I called the number and was told that the trailer was broken. I should have been notified before driving to the location to pick it up. They told me to drive to the other location where there is another trailer. I then had to drive 20 min accross town to the 4spinz location. When I arrived, there was no number to call or anyone on site. When some one showed up 15 min later, I had to go through the whole rental process I completed online again. Making me even more late. Not happy with this experience what so ever.
BRUCE CThe employee had to stay late because I ran late to pick up my truck. This was not a problem they were really nice about it. I got there 15min after closing and they stayed open for an extra hour.
