Horrible Service. To improve you need more professionalism when dealing with customers. Let's first start by having keys available for the customer and not delaying their moving journey. Secondly stick to the agreement made about timing. Thirdly don't falsify records for monetary gain knowing damn well you lying on the customer. You do have cameras RIGHT?(Oh okay). Lastly when someone is patronizing your business you should have more concern about their experience than your attitude and unprofessionalism.

Took too much time to pick up the truck due to wrong key placed in lockbox assigned to me. Had to call customer service to get another truck with the correct key, which took a lot of time to correct. Lastly, check out to equally too long. Had to get $Sure Deals LNT worker to help with checkout because I was being charged for gas I didn't use. I picked up the truck with a quarter tank of gas, drove 20 miles, filled truck back to 1/4 tank of gas, and returned truck. I was then charged $37 for gas. Thankfully, I took pictures of the gas and mileage at pickup and return of truck. Worker on-site helped me, but it took too long (wasted at least an hour) for both pickup and drop off of truck due to errors with this online process.
Newell SI was charged $122.00 fuel fee when I returned the truck/ van on completely full representative who was there when I returned it verified it was on full & yet I was still charged and now there giving me a hard time returning my money. Completely unacceptable
edward cThe truck needs to go in the shop ASAP. The keys were not in the correct box because the lock was hard to open (I left keys in the first box as well). Customer service was great but the wait time to speak to someone was 15 minutes. I did not receive the dolly I requested.

Nathan KInteresting place for renting UHauls. Not bad. But a little odd. Over all experience was not bad. I am very big on PII. The only complaint I have is that I had to call my mom and my sister and turn over some personal info to the person I rented the pull behind from. I personally feel it was a bit extra, however I am on a side of town with sketch people. I get it, but I think my ID, tag number, proof of insurance, etc should be enough. I bought the insurance. There is no need for anything more. Again. My personal opinion. Just be prepared to spend extra time with a short interview.
