My reservation was for 12:30. The clerk went to lunch at 12:30-1:30. The young man left in the shop had no idea how to help me. He called a person who said to do online check in. As in my previous terrible experiences with uhaul this system did not work either. The man in the shop would not get the clerk on the phone to assist me or ask him to return to assist me. I ended up having to sit in the office and call the 800# to get assistance which also took several tries of the same process to get it to work. VERY POOR SYSTEM, VERY POOR APP AND FUNCTIONALITY AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Michelle P.

There was a lot of confusion with my reservation but Kerry ( Kari) was hardworking professional and thorough. He fixed it all and I really appreciated it! He was super busy as evident by the long wait but did not let his pressure influence our interactions! Bravo!Gretchen R.
The truck was not cleaned out at all. There were pizza crumbs and a piece of greasy pepperoni on the seats and floor. The back had not been swept out--I had to do it, it was very dirty. The driver side mirror was also broken and should have been long replaced.Konrad S.

My first time using the App. and this location. Charged me for keeping the truck over night when I had returned the truck early. It was not clear that I needed to return the truck in the App.David M.
