Very creepy. It is under an overpass in a secluded area. There were stray dogs running around and the space to park the vehicles is extremely narrow. It was much farther than my pickup location. In fact all the return locations were very far away. It was terrible.

Eugene TWell I had an issue about three hours in to our 18 hour trip. The passenger tire had not been properly tightened and all of the lug nuts loosened causing two bolts to snap off. We saw the tire wobbling and stopped at a uhaul location in 403 Main St, Schertz, TX 78154 and James the manager was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately he was only able to do so much. I had made a claim on the app and the women I talked to on the phone were helpful but we had to wait a couple hours for the roadside service to arrive and they were unable to find a replace hub for the trailer. They had to get a new trailer which took another hour or so and had to fully unload the first trailer in the parking lot. As I said James was very accommodating and allowed me to unload behind his building out of site from the road. He made sure we were comfortable and hydrated. The second trailer didn't have a ramp which made reloading the motorcycles and and all of our stuff more difficult. This inconvenience cost us a lot of travel time and an extra night at a hotel.

Christina RThe Cabin of uhaul smelled like cigarettes and we had to drive all the way from Houston to Chicago with the windows down and AC blasted. Furthermore, in between the seats it was filled with junk like old food and even toys. I was not happy with my experience especially since I paid 1300 for this.

John CI’m still waiting on answers from uhaul as to why i am in collections for $321. I had the rental for 3 hours MAX, and even went less than 30 miles, and for that I show a receipt for $88. On top of that when I got in the rental there was literally NO GAS in it. My husband was nice enough to put $20 in if before we returned it. Now I know why this place had a truck available on a Saturday afternoon. WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER.

Talmage C | ReservationI was transferred to this location since it had mobile pickup, though there was no dolly in the truck and I assume this was due to the quick switching of locations and loss of detail. I would recommend calling the customer at least a day before and not 5 hours prior to pickup time for such changes that could have been seen earlier. I was at work and not being able to answer, plus no dolly added stress. However, overall the job was done and the truck was great.
Barry PI was told that if was 51.00 dollars and they charged me 61.00 so didn’t like being lied to about the price and being told that I would have to deal with them over the phone because I had talked to another location and he wouldn’t honor it because I didn’t call them myself

Donald DHello, my concern is not about the facility or their employees but rather the way my situation was handled through UHaul. I made a reservation over a week ago and I was guaranteed a truck and auto transport at 10a on Saturday. That Saturday morning I was called at 9:30a to be told that the truck was not going to be available and they don’t know when or if I could be guaranteed for a new truck. This presented several issues for me because I hired movers to help me move and therefore lost money do to a very last minute cancellation from UHaul. Furthermore, it took an hour or more to get another truck guaranteed for me and I was placed on hold, disconnected, and redirected numerous times. Leading up to that, I could never find my information online! This situation added so much more stress on me and my family and cost us additional money which we don’t have right now. I was surprised and disappointed in this experience because I’ve used UHaul and never had issues many times in the past.
