It is a comedy of errors. I got quote for 71.00 for 44 miles in local move. got a call of place to pick up change before the day of pick up . I am not sure how. but they gave 5 miles extra to use. But when I go there order was 156.00 I said that is not I got quote so she called U-Haul and they corrected. it. At the same time she changed the drop off location. she being not U haul employee she does not know much and have no authority to change. She did not mention that there is a change of anything and she said as it was before.

Had a great experience!! I went in a couple of days ahead of time to reserve a truck and the manager Silvia was great. I came in on the day I reserved it and Silvia had it all ready she walked out with me to the truck and explained the return. It was a very smooth process.

First time using this location. The staff is friendly, professional and very efficient. The lot is very small with limited parking. This may cause a safety issue if someone tries to park along the busy street or across the road.

The lady was super accommodating, i thought the 10’ was big enough & seen it was not going to be so I was able to get a 15’ which worked out perfectly. So thankful for this place to be able to help with my move.

The truck was clean and had what appeared to be new tires, but when we checked the oil, the dipstick was dry! We ended up buying two quarts of oil for the truck which should have been taken care of by U-Haul.

The rental pick up location was a 24/7 truck share location only. The mobile app was not working properly, I was not able to pick up my truck until over an hour after my scheduled pick up time. The phone number posted at the location took roughly 45 minutes to respond to the numerous calls I made and when they finally gave me a call all the did was leave me with a phone number that I had already been on hold with for 30 minutes that I found myself. The key box lock did not work well and despite following all directions did not open until the code was input multiple times and shaken because the lock would not work normally.

Ensure that all items paid for were included. I was missing a dolly I purchased for rental. It was unclear that a digital check in meant that the instructions to access the truck would come through the app and took well over 30 minutes to figure out. Alerting customers about the process in more detail will help them decide if they prefer digital or in person check in (and check out - which was also a time consuming process).

The problem was with the app that didn’t align my location of my iPhone with the location where the truck was. 20 minutes to get resolved with online help. Then the key box was empty so another call to tech support who gave me another code to get a key for a different vehicle. I won’t use the app or go to an unmanned location again.
