The clerk who processed me was nice. The gas attendant when I put gas in it had an attitude and spoke in a different language when I was at the pump wrong and asked for a receipt.

TEJAS PThe app didn't send an unlock code for the box so I had to ask the staff and they were unprepared to assist. The furniture pads I ordered were not in the correct truck. I found them in another truck and moved them over to the truck I was assigned.
Justin LI paid for a utility dolly which was not provided. I was given a contact number but the number they gave me was to a random guy who does not even work for U-Haul. The issue was not rectified and they made no effort to fix it.
Patrika MSINGH1998 is the most courteous truck rental person I've ever met. I would definitely recommend and reuse this location for future rentals.
Joseph VKeys were not available at time of appointment and location employee was less than helpful.

ANDRIY LWhen I went to pick up the reservation all my information was changed by your attendee. I am now waiting on a manager call back to hopefully get everything fixed and adjusted .
Leonard MWhen we went to return the cargo van, there was no one there to check it in and they said they were not with u-haul but only let u-haul park their trucks there. They told us to give them the keys and call u-haul for check in. We called u-haul and reported this and your representatives took care of it from there but we were very uncomfortable just giving the keys back without anyone checking the cargo van back in as this would have left us still in charge of the van.

Michael BVehicle was perfectly fine. Extremely frustrating dealing with rental facilities that did not have the key access code. Had to wait an hour for them to sort it out. The uhaul iPad device they used wasn't charged. Returning the vehicle was a pain in the ass because the app is slow and sucks. It clears data if you take too long to insert pictures
