Everything was so smooth Truck run smooth the guy work there they cooperative it was directed forward. They keep the keys and the returning truck is way much smoother than renting it. I will definitely recommend this location.

Everything was good
Fnu RCould not understand them. Truck had lots of body damage and check engine light was on. Did not want and waived the dafe drive insurance and was still charged for it. Person whom was in charge was not even in the store done over the phone. Did not like the experience and will never do this location ever again not will I recommend to anyone. I will give a bad review as well on Google.
Rachel LIt was straightforward to pick up the truck and drop off the nice guys and I personal recommend everybody in Waynesboro to pick up the truck. Truck was good. Everything was smooth. I like the way they do the process.

Jonathan VGot charged a cleaning fee even though the truck I picked up was loaded with trash. Had to clean it twice. Ordered a dolly, told them I didn't get it, they told me next time it will be free, then charged me for 2 dolly rentals. Absolute bunch of sleezebags.

JOSHUA TReturning the vehicle was straightforward, and the personnel were helpful solving problems that were not my fault. They made the end of this rental experience good and less stressful. I would definitely use this location again and recommend it to others.
Juan GThe guy inside the store was not at all helpful. Would not let us pick up early, and indicated that the truck might not be there at our pick up time of 6pm. The truck was already on the lot. However! We called the Harrisonburg location and spoke with Steve and he was absolutely AMAZING!
