Service was good but the U-Haul billing system charges me for gas when it should not have. This mistake increases my final charges substantially. Luckily, I caught the mistake; the site representative was able to correct the over charge.

When i called ti reserve a u haul , I wanted a big truck, the lady keep insisting that I needed a foot. I told her we had a lot of furniture. So we took the 15 footer, however I had to leave furniture behind 2 dressers, a love seat and all my plants. I am a very disappointed customer and I will spread the word about this issue.
