I got the runaround with the people, the the brakes were check engine light was on as soon as I started it, the brakes were poor and the truck shook. I will never do business there again. Other people told me they had bad experiences as well. Everyone told me I should request my money back.

At pickup, the dash alerted of low tire pressure in one of the rear tires. Not realizing that the air compressor accepted credit cards, I went back inside to ask if he could give me $2 in quarters because the UHaul had low tire pressure-he said no, that I needed to find cash and also told me the machine accepted CC. The tires required 85 PSI, which I almost didn’t believe so checked all the tires and 3 were above 75. But the compressor only inflated to 50. I had to go to 3 locations to find a compressor that would inflate to 70, which was enough to clear the warning. This set me back nearly an hour. Otherwise, the van was clean, and surprisingly comfortable.
