Refreshing indeed!! I have used other truck rentals in the area over the years with mostly mediocre or worse results - especially with customer service - thank goodness I discovered Andy's operation; EVERYTHING has been smooth ever since. He really cares about your experience and makes sure you are happy on every level. No reason to use anyone else, and I never will. Kudos Andy!

Ruth BI rented on the day of the massive flooding. I was stranded with the truck and called the owner Andrew and told him I don't know how to make it back to his location. Roads were shut down everywhere and I didn't want to drive the truck thru several feet of water. It was comforting to know Andrew wanted to assure I was SAFE and out of harms way. He told me to take care get off the road for the night. He was ok with me bringing the truck back the next day when the flood water levels decreased. This location always goes above and beyond. I rent regularly from here now, as they care for the customers.

lawrence sThis location was easy but I didn’t realize no one would be there. It’s just a drop off location. I’d rather go to a place where someone would there. That’s just me. Everything was ok, but it took longer because I had to take pictures and the WiFi was horrible. The parking was very tight as well. The only reason I put no for the personnel being helpful was because there’s no personnel.

Kimeth WI reserved a truck, which was not there when I arrive. There was no truck for me to rent and I was sent to a location 35 minutes away. I had a project with men that I paid for starting a half hour after I was supposed to pick up the truck. In the end, I ended up renting a 10 foot truck and had to rent another vehicle. I always do a $50 credit have yet to receive it

Ivan BI rented the truck for my company to move janitorial equipment from one location to another. The owner/operator of the store was very friendly, very helpful, and made this one of my best U-Haul experiences ever. The next time I need to utilize U-Haul services in this area, I will certainly utilize the same store and suggest the same to my co-workers in the area.
