The facility was not prepared for my reservation. The person at the “desk” had food all over, papers everywhere-the place was gross. I had to wait 25 minutes. Was charged for more time than I used. Time said 3:15, and by the time I got out of the facility it was 3:40.

Closed on weekend when we were dropping off. Zero delineation of where. To park U-Haul equipment . Lot was a variety of cars part and trailers and trucks in no order.

The pick-up was a nightmare. we got to the location at 9:15 for a 9:30 pick up. However, when we got there the location was closed and we had to do mobile pick up. We called U-Haul and we stayed on hold for over an hour before we could get any help. I tried using the app and it wouldn't work. I honestly wouldn't use U-Haul again. They even sent me a text saying they were cancelling my reservation because I picked up late. ridiculous situation that could have been avoided if U-Haul picked up the phone and had better customer support.

I rented the truck for 10 hours as I had no idea how long it would take. It took 5 and the truck was returned clean and with more fuel than was required. Seems to me that I’d get the 6 hour rate instead of the 10 as being in a hurry (especially when moving) does neither the consumer nor the company any good.

The location would be great if it was more organized and they didn't have their 5 kids there causing chaos. The lady helping us, super nice and very helpful getting the trailer hooked up but....she had 2 of the 5 kids hanging on her crying and keeping her from completing our transaction in a timely manner. Her husband was attending to the other 3 kids while trying to help another customer. It was not an easy pickup, it was a cluster. It's a convenient location but definitely allow extra time because you'll be there for longer than expected, be prepared.

It’s not to big of a deal but when you move your stuff in a truck the back of the truck shouldn’t smell like something died back there. The smell was intolerable. Everything else went smoothly though. My only complaint is that the cargo area smelled awful and I didn’t realize until I already got to my location

I used a map quest to estimate check the mileage. That’s what the contract was based on. The final bill was $35 more than expected. No way can the mileage be corrected. The truck smelled like livestock had been moved in it. I’m not satisfied with the service. Ross E HUDGINS 615-430-1937

Billing. When picking up we were asked how many miles were we expecting. We stating 15 to 20 so they stated they would input 30 expected. We did in fact go 15 miles. Somehow, the paperwork stated we did 30 and then they added the 15 totaling 43 miles and we were double charged. We opened a case and are waiting.

The Uhaul leaked the entire way to the NE resulting in THOUSANDS of dollars worth the damage to our mattresses, couch and other boxes. This was all the result of a broken seal on the back right of the truck due to poor maintenance. This was confirmed with a water test. However Uhaul has not reached out to offer any solutions whatsoever and Safemove appears to not cover anything than you crashing their truck. Look elsewhere for moving assistance.
