Van had Dolly and marts thrown in the back. Things I did not reserve. And final charges seemed mucher higher than any planned calculation. Location itself was fine, pickup and drop-off were swift, but nothing above and beyond. No notes on customer service.

ROGELIO PU-Haul did not have the correct hours for the location, which resulted in an unnecessary trip in the rain when I was unable to return the vehicle. Staff were helpful and friendly though.
Matthew MTerrible experience. Truck was dirty, furniture pads were not available. Receiver not available to tow my car. I had to pay an additional $700 to transport my vehicle elsewhere. Furniture was not protected due to a lack of pads.
Britney DThe person that rented the U-Haul should have shown me the features on the vehicle because it took me moment to figure it out. For example, the salesman should have said this is the gas tank. It took me about five minutes to figure this out. I became really frustrated when I couldn't turn the emergency blinkers off. When I went to a gas station an employee came out to the U-Haul van and showed me how to turn the emergency lights off. It also took me to shift the car into the appropriate gears. For drive and reverse. Even though I had a bit of a problem I still rent a truck in the future from U-HAUL.
Carla CI DID NOT REQUEST INSURANCE, and I was charged for it anyway. I'm not sure if this is a common practice, but I ended up paying almost twice the initial online quote because of that.
