I chose a rental location near my house and received notice a vehicle was not available. I was sent three plus miles further away but noticed that two different locations less than a mile from my house had the exact same trucks sitting in their lots as I passed by. I am left questioning why I was sent to a gas station with one truck instead of a UHaul facility.
