We wait for the uhaul for 3 hours and the costumer service wasnt able do to anyting they were transfer us to anyone

45 minutes late, truck is dirty, the little mirror at the right was broken, charge me 108km when we said 65 (we did 64) and now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back I DONT recommend this place ! (Other place for location is okay but change your guy ! He's ruining your reputation It's he's fault, not yours Thank you and have a good day

alain cI had made a reservation for a 20 foot truck at 8 am march 29 and when i arrived there was no key in the lock box i has to call customer service ended up having to wait until someone at the location could call the person in charge and got downgraded to a smaller truck because the one i reserved was unavailable. Moving is stressful enough and i had reserved my truck long ago I don't understand why nobody told me there wouldn't be a truck available at the location and why no one told me no one would be there to help me the issue i was experiencing.

france dI was able to rent a truck to move at 8:00 in the morning the saturday in the system, but it was not possible to have the key before 11 am. I had 4 friends with me to help me move, but no truck. The support center on phone was not helpful at all. Look like the guy was use to have angry people. I ask the guy to lock the system when the store is close, and he didn't care at all. At the end I was able to have the key, and they charge an extra amount of 130$ for the gas, but I let the truck with more gas then when I took it. Uhaul seem a very bad company, the are not there to offer service, only to take your money.

William DLe site de St-Hyacinthe est bien. Le problèmes est que j'ai réservé pour prise de possession à St-Hubert. Pour compenser on m'a offert 75$ de rabais, mais on m'a envoyé un lien pour un certificat pour ma prochaine location. Inacceptable.

CATHERINE BWe wanted a small truck and got a huge one, so we were promised a discount that we didn’t get The tank was at the 1/4, so we refilled at 1/4 and were charged 175$ on our credit card to refill the tank without notice We were charged twice for the insurance So the total came up to more than 425$ for a 100 km move, real joke Horrible experience, never again!
Melissa DNot ready in time, the truck had issues with tires, a front light was not working. At least the girl who worked at the store next door called someone and help us so that we could get it 30 minutes later (french is my usual language)

Felipe LArrange to know where your trucks are, we were told before picking it up according to the two weeks reservation that there was no truck availlable at our location although there was actually three 15' trucks availlable on the site!
Andre JU-Haul allowed me to make a reservation for 06:00AM but this location only takes reservation from 11:00AM. However, the attendant was very nice and woke up the manager in order to give me the equipment. U-Haul phone line was of no help at all. The location did perfect job, but U-Haul did not.
Guillaume MOn July 25th, I had reserved a 10' truck to be picked up in Montreal for August 16th. When I was contacted on August 15th about which location the truck would be available, I was informed it was in Ste.Hyacinthe, more than an hour drive from where I lived. Then when a call was made to the location to find out what time the truck could be picked up at, the U-Haul representative said he would only be there at 11:30AM though he later agreed to be there for 10:30AM. Upon arriving in Ste.Hyacinthe, the first person we spoke with could not serve us in English so he asked the cashier to handle the transaction. Although she was pleasant, she was also very busy serving customers who came into the gas station/depanneur (which caused a lengthy delay for us) & was unsure of how to complete the transaction so had to phone another person for instructions. By the time everything was completed & we returned to Montreal, the men from the moving services I had booked through U-Haul to load the truck had already come & left my apartment as we had not yet arrived back from Ste.Hyacinthe, so then my move was delayed while waiting for them to return. The entire experience was very frustrating & aggravating & could easily have been avoided if the truck I had reserved more than 3 weeks ahead of time had been available in Montreal instead of 64.5 kilometres away!

rene mCustomer service is horrible. No one called me the day before the location like it was supposed to. I didnt have any information, they change my pick up location so i had to pay extra for kilometers because the new location was 45km from my home. I had problemes for the pick up. The only help/information i could get was via online chat and the information they gave me was wrong. I try on phone and wasted 3hours for nothing because no one answered or told me they could not help me and "transfefed" me to the good departement, only to put me on the same waiting line!!! 3 fucking times. I wasnt able to pick up my truck on time, because of the wrong organisation. I had to waste more than two hours to get the truck ON MY FREAKING MOVING DAY and pick up location was change to 45 minute from my home. Worst moving experience of my life thanks to uhaul. Absolutely no support, don't count on Uhaul for your moving or you will regret. Choose an other option, it can't be worst than Uhaul. First time and for sure my last time with you. I will absolutely give bad reviews to everyone i know. ** Thank you to the petro Canada employee, she is the only reason and the only support i had for the pick up and she's not even a UHAUL employee.
Michel BUn service lamentable. J'ai pris une reservation plus de 1 semaine a l'avance. Rendu sur place,on avait pas ma location et personne ne me previen. César lopez representant ne fait rien pour m'accomoder et tente meme de m'arnaquer,plus jamais je ne fait affaire avec des gens de la sorte.
Alexandre SYour customer service is horrific. We were told the day before that we wouldn’t get to rent our uhaul from Montreal and had to drive over an hour away. HORRIFIC treatment from your representatives. Will be telling all my friends about it.
