MARIA CThe car dolly was not attached tightly. this became a safety concern after 200 miles of bumping on the road. We then had a 2 hour delay waiting for a safe fix.

ISABEL PThis was not the fault of the location where I picked up the uhaul. They were great through the while process. Issue is I set up a pick up for a location that was less than 5 miles away from me. The pick up location changed and I was never called or sent any info about the reservation changing locations which the new location was more than 15 miles away. So that it self added more than 40 dollars extra fee for gas and miles. I did not receive any credit even though you all advertise $50 guarantee.
Marco VTrailer floor was very dirty and sandy from previous rental. Suggest that trailers be inspected and cleaned for next renter. Rental agent was a very gracious and knowledgeable.
