service at delivery site in W Seattle was poor - the truck was not inspected or gas checked or returned equipment checked.

Nice place but the gas was not full and usually someone lets you know that as the contract is now emailed I was not going to look at it while driving. I returned it full and realized that who ever turned it in just said it was full and no one checked.
Kenneth eTruck came with an empty tank and I was instructed to drop off at the wrong location. Support aid I would not be charged for the empty tank and I was charged an additional $100. Very poor experience.
KYRA TService was lovely - I was supposed to pick up at a different location and got moved - whoever moved me didn’t transfer my moving supplies which was a big problem. Not the fault of this location.
