I would like rental cars to be available in the locations where I place my orders. I understand that you compensate for this by providing me with a larger trailer and increasing the mileage included in the final cost. But what about my time? After all, it is the most valuable thing.
ALIAKSEI YI asked for a dolly and I got a jack lift.
Kenneth DNothing against the personnel, they were very nice. The trailer’s running lights did not work which was absolutely awful, especially when traveling with a child on a rural highway. There was also no jack which is absolutely insane for a 2000 lb trailer. My mom, who needs a need replacement, had to help me lift it onto a cinder block which I bought at Home Depot prior to dropping it off.

KYLE WHad to go here to get previously reserved truck for Tulsa, Ok. Spent most of day trying to find truck and then no transportation to get it (40 mi) west of Tulsa. A kind hearted employees spouse drove me to Oilton. Truck was filthy inside and required sweeping out before it could be loaded. Very disappointed with service.

Millie FI was a bit disappointed it took so long to get everything taken care of. I had already paid and checked in online and still had to basically do the process again in the store. Then after the trailer was connected, they told me I needed an adapter for the wire harness. So then they unhooked the trailer, I had to go to the hardware store, buy the part, then go back. and have the trailer hooked up again. I do not particularly blame the employee, but when I was entering my info on the website for the truck I used to haul, it would have been nice to have known I would need an adapter. It was only $8 from the hardware store, so even offering to sell them yourselves could be helpful.
Jason CEven though the "normal person" was not available was able to get trailer and was professional and courteous.
Rebel CI had to wait about 20 minutes for a guy to get off the phone to help me out. I also was given a bigger truck that cost me more in gas then the truck I ask for a month in advance.

stacey bVery friendly,and quick about getting you checked in doesn't mess around getting checked in. They also put down information that the customer had problems with intimate the system also.

April PWe were charged for an extra day. We're not sure why. We had to turn the truck in using the app. The invoice says that we returned the truck in over an hour after we did. There must have been a glitch in the app. We are in the process of disputing the charge. What s hassle.

Cliff RThey could not find my contract online in the U-haul system. The lady seemed "aggregated" I brought this truck to her location without them expecting it. They said "I damaged the truck" when I have the no fault insurance. NO WALK-AROUND WAS PERFORMED WHEN I RENTED THE TRUCK BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE ""NO FAULT COVERAGE." It is a mute issue to any common sense thinker. They said Tahlequah should have done a walk-around and damage report with me signing for existing damages (which I never did in Pensacola, FL, Tarpon Springs, FL, and Tahlequah the last 2 years) when I buy the full coverage insurance). It became a "He said' They said issue." No trust. I had to wait until they "Checked me out" and "They found my online paperwork." Cell service was none existence in Oilton, OK so I COULD NOT CALL U-HAUL. Tahlequah wrote on my papers to return this truck to this location. U-Haul needs to update their records. Rogers Reality in Cushing is NO LONGER IN THE U-HAUL BUSINESS. I will drive to Salpulpa next time to drop the truck and pay the extra mileage out of my pocket. The Owner came out of his office to see what was happening and things then went smoothly. Bernie Mueggenborg

KIMBERLY MDid not pick up equipment at this location had drive to piston Oklahoma to pick up equipment. Lost half a day loading because of it. Had to pay a extra day rent due to going to get equipment from oil ton location. Uhaul gave me a extra day but barely enough extra miles. Need to have equipment moved to set location customer should not have to go pick it up.

CHARLES GThe computer system had malfunctions. The people working weren't very professional during my checkout. The only good service was by the men helping me load up the trailer. This location was not well kept and welcoming.
MARCUS PThese people were very nice and accomodating considering that there had been a storm and the whole town was without power (something we didn't know until we got there) and as such were unable to fill up the truck with gas.
Doug HProvide customers with equipment that does not have broken parts. Hook up help man was great. We were assigned a trailer that was dented and had broken tie rails on the inside. Not good for regular customers. We will go to a different yard next time.
