When I made this online reservation I declined all coverage but somehow I still got charged for it. I had to call Uhaul myself because the location "doesn't have the authority" to refund me after I was wrongfully charged the $15 fee. Uhaul said they would refund me so let's wait and see. I've used Uhaul many times before, ask for the front desk to explain the charges before they hand you the receipt. No one went over my charges with me they just charged me and handed me a receipt. If I don't get my refund I'll probably never use them again, bad for business to be scamming people like this.

They were late 20 mins to open while I had movers waiting. They didn't have much knowledge about the trucks. Didn't know if they had locks.
