They were late 20 mins to open while I had movers waiting. They didn't have much knowledge about the trucks. Didn't know if they had locks.

The MPG gauge doesn't work. It would be nice to have that fixed. Otherwise, everything was great and Carrie was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, etc., throughout the entire process.
