I received a call minutes prior to the pick-up time and was told the truck I reserved was not available. I was offered a larger truck however, it would not fit into the storage unit complex. I was given an alternate location far away from which to pick up the original size truck however, the moving blankets, etc., where not carried over to the new location. I was forced to drop off the truck at the inconvenient location and waste more of my time as well. I'll be renting Penske or some other brand of vehicle for any future moving needs.
