if you drop off at this location make sure you have a ride. It’s difficult to get a signal to contact Uber or a Lyft and the rain stuff. Local cabs are outrageous.

This location was very helpful. However, it is not their main business and only one fellow know how to log in and process a sign-out/sign-in. Even he could not remember the password and got locked out of system, I had to wait till the next day to get a receipt for the rental.

Train the people that work there to actually understand how the check in process works instead of putting it all on the customer with no guidance. Also - don’t hit me with a fuel charge after I already gassed up the truck at YOUR location when I returned it. Total nonsense.

The app is the worst investment you guys have ever made. Your coding team needs to go back to school, run by 2nd graders. Bring on a real team with real coding experience. Never again will I use this app. Garbage.

It's been a long time since I've rented a Uhaul and I found the process to be very easy to use Great job

The key was not in the assigned box. I called U-Haul they gave me the code for the second and third boxes. It was in the 3rd box I tried. The drivers side floor mat was really muddy. And the dolly I ordered was not in the truck.

The pickup of the van did not go smoothly but I give a lot of credit to the service rep I believe his name is Tony. I was told that they didn’t get an advanced notice of the reservation. The van was stuck in the back and buried in the snow. It took a Herculean effort to get the van out and clear it off. I truly appreciate the effort that Tony made! I did leave the facility late but no harm was caused do to the effort made to get me on my way.

I liked that it had a gas station at the drop off location. The guy was super nice when the paperwork got frustrating and very helpful explaining everything to us since it was the first time using the truck.

Check engine light was on the entire trip - station said it was an oxygen sensor and I'd be fine. I was, but my eyes were glued to the dashboard art all time, making sure none of the gauges were acting up. Not good. In addition, the windshield was filthy. Could hardly see through it - and the van itself was also very dirty. I used lysol wipes on everything before I touched anything. Thankfully van did the trip but it really needs to be cleaned and maintained.
