First off I was not able to get the size truck I had ordered, 2nd I made reservations at the location on Country Club road I get to country club location and it was somehow changed to the west side location on Okmulgee so I had to drive across town to pick it up, 3rd they did not have all the equipment that I had reserved I was told to go back to the country club location to get it 4th I was told that I would only be charged the $29.99 rate since they could not get me the larger truck that I reserved and yet I was still charged the $39.99 rateKevin T.

The representative was not friendly when I called prior to arrival. She provided her hours but when arrived no one was there. We called and left a message. She, Ann, did call back but when we arrived she did not greet us but immediately asked for the key. The checkout was quick. We returned the truck ahead of schedule; it contained more gas and used less miles than expected. Improve customer service at the Muskogee location.Cheryl B.

When I picked up the rental, I walked around the truck and looked in the back. I did notice there was not a two wheeled dolly in the truck. I did not make note to the rep. about the dolly assuming that you had to ask for a dolly. When truck was returned I was questioned about the dolly not being on the truck. Everything worked out OK. Very satisfied with rental and plan on doing the same next year.DAVID C.
This site listed online that they were open till 4pm. When we arrived(at 2:10) there was a sign on the door saying they closed early due to being "slow". We had to just leave the truck in a not so great neighborhood and hope it was ok till morning.DWIGHT M.

The customer service at this location is laxed. I asked the rep a question about the milage, her responce, a snarky "i don't know". She told me the amount of gas in the truck was "full", i got out to the truck and it was on 3/4. I went back in told her the amount, she stuck her hand out and said "let me see", so i started to hand her my contract, she said no and grabbed the key out of my hand. She went and started the truck, seen the amount. she walked back in, circled 3/4 on my copy of the contract and signed her name. thats it, no change in the computer. So needless to say, i was charged a fuel charge after i returned the truck. I've rented from uhaul numberous times and never have i had a worse experience. the a/c was on when i left the parking lot, 15 minutes into my drive it goes out.DAVID E.

She did the only thing she thought she could do with uhaul's rules yet the problems lied with uhaul itself. I was told that they would extend it out until Thursday to start with when we were delayed by snow in Mcalister OK yet I thought we could get it done by Wednesday so that is what he put down was Wednesday, that was a miss communication on my part then when I had to call Wednesday and tell them that this had happened and it would be Thursday because of that misunderstanding in the days the rep said that she would have to charge for that extra day. I told her that I understood that and it was ok. not 4 extra days. When returning the truck I was charged for 4 extra days! Wrong answer Good Bye Uhaul hello budget they will get the next 2 contracts.DORIS F.

My card was charged a total amount of $58.15 before I had even brought the truck back. Now I can't use my card because of transactions pending. I cancelled a reservation I had made previously & was charged over $68 for services I never even used. My card should've been charged a total of $46. It was instead charged $126 total. Very, very bad business & I assure you, I will never rent another uhaul truck as long as I am alive.curtis I.

Although I had made the reservation on the phone and my credit card info was taken, the pickup location did not show any available credit card info even though my daughter had the confirmation number...Fortunately, my daughter was able to get me on the phone and I gave the location the info...Had she not been able to get in touch with me, she would not have been able to get the truck which would have created a great hardship for us...I would use U-Haul again but I would definitely verify with the pickup location to ensure there would be no problems...Reba F.

I called ahead to notify them I needed the truck an additional day however, they already had the truck reserved so I had to scramble to make additional arrangements. Because of the mishap I returned my truck 2 hours late (which I informed them would happen) and was charged for a whole additional day. Not sure I'd use them again. I need more flexibility.DINA W.
The truck was dirty and I sweeped out the back in order to use it. There was dirt and a bunch of screws in the bed so I had to be careful and ensure I got the screws in the trash can. The 26' truck had plenty of power for a big truck but needed an alignment. Badly needed an alignment. There were times I felt unsafe doing 55 mph because of the steering and I am fairly experienced in driving bigger trucks.JOHN S.
