Ola ANothing really, the only issue would be, since this is a small location, having the vehicle site that one wants to rent. I had originally looked a sites closer to the location I was moving from/to in the Blair NE area and they either had NO vehicles to rent or much too large a size for my needs.
RICHARD HWhen a pickup location gets changed from where the customer originally requests to do the pickup, maybe work with the customer to see if there are any better options instead of just telling them "That's it and you should have read the disclaimer you had to click on saying that this is a possibility". That's what "Rose" told me when I called about it. The next day I called to confirm and talked to Scott. I asked if there was a truck in the town I originally wanted (there wasn't), but he asked what the trip was like and found a way better option for me. Perhaps "Rose" should have taken that approach instead of just saying "That's the way it is".
Pete FThe truck I rented on my contract didn't match the truck I received. I didn't realize it until I got home and started loading it. Besides this, the air conditioning didn't work in the truck. It was 80+ degrees outside, so the ride was miserable. Then I had trouble returning the truck because the truck I received didn't match the truck on my contract.
Renee LNo one there and no direction on where to park things. Just parked it on the grass next to a big truck.

Mary GI did the rental via mobile phone & kiosk pick up, so it was easy. I was very disappointed there was no dolly or furniture pads included. There must be some way to know whether these items are available at a location and/or whether the location would be open in the event there is a problem.

Robert RI used 24/7 and to get connected I had to wander out about 100 yards into a truck stop dirt parking area. The lock box was also hard to find. The local owner was very helpful when I needed to call.

Gregory PCustomer service was a bit lacking in Norfolk and then calling the 800 numbers.Pickup was fairly seamless,however it would had been nice to of had a heads up that I needed a copy of my lease,personal contact. job verification ,passport etc(I picked the two easiest to access on the fly) .Drop off in Durango was great customer service and friendliness. Truck drove great.
Mollie MSome concern on the drop off site. No one was around (it was a Saturday afternoon) but I left the trailer and texted the UHaul number to confirm my drop off.
Brent SThere needs to be signage stating where to go to talk to the U-Haul ppl and to check out. The address is for the car wash. But the actual building you walk into to do the checkout is across the street in a strip mall with a 4x6 inch ish sticker in the lower left corner of the window saying U-Haul. Nothing else. Where the U-Haul's are parked there should be a sign saying to go to the company across the street to check out. Don't make customers wonder... Give detailed info as to where to go.

Johannes Tyou can not move the pick up location 40 minutes away from the original location and notify me a day and a half in advance.
Ona WI was told I'd be contacted by 6 pm on Friday for my pickup at 8 am on Saturday. There was no on at the uhaul place at 8 am. I came back at 9 and no one was still there, so since I had prepaid, and done online checkin, I grabbed a trailer. Around 1130 on Saturday, when I already had the trailer loaded and was halfway to my location, I received a text to call a number in Iowa about my reservation time and pickup location. This was 3 1/2 hours after my scheduled, prepaid pickup, and 18 hours after the latest time I was told I'd be contacted.
Kevin BSet up an account on Uhaul website prior to picking up and leaving vehicle. The process for returning it is very confusing and figuring that our took a lot of time. It walks you through the steps but kicks you out if you do not have an account already set up. The return process needs to be rethought out.

Michael WThere is no office or drop off at the car wash. I called the pickup location, and they didn’t know anything about the drop off location. If we hadn’t enquired at the Ace Hardware store, I would have had to drive back one hour to original pickup site to return it. Uhaul has a monopoly, so I know you don’t care. But you asked, so I’m telling you.
