The location is dark after hours. Trying to return a truck in the dark and get all the pictures and read instructions was very difficult. There is very little parking space.

I won’t refer anyone to Uhaul after the experience I had with scheduling and driving 84 miles to pick up a trailer that I reserved for Sioux City. Alicia was rude and Nikki did nothing but pawn me off to someone else. Who did nothing.

Oden aTruck was unlocked and key lockbox was unlocked as well. I ordered a 10 ft truck and 2 day use time with less miles needed than what was altered for the order which was guised as a discount. I find that hard to believe 2 extra days, extra miles and a larger truck produced a discount. Quote ended up being much more than my original order until I contacted someone named Mike who ultimately removed $50 apparently.
