Slow. The person had to call someone to complete the process, which took about 15-20 minutes. He also wanted to wait on people behind me. I will not use this location again. I have always had great service at the original location I had selected to pick up and return the truck. Since it took so long for the process to rent the truck (paid for in advance) I did not realize I had not purchased the blankets but rented them so I had to go back home to get them and bring them back, which was about and hour round trip. It would have been nice for the person to tell me when I retrieved the truck to ensure I had them when I returned the truck. I did return the truck early, but the person would not close it out until I returned the 6 blankets or paid another $45 to keep them. This is only feedback. I will continue to use UHaul for moving, just not this location ever again.
