Tire had gash had to get roadside assistance to the house to repair. Bracket broke on muffler Rattled for 3 hours Had to go 40 min to pick up truck out of my city then 40 min back home ended up paying 10.00 sis some change for over mileage bullshit

RAYMOND LThe lady that was behind the counter walked out the door pointed to the truck and the car carrier and said those 2 are for you and then went back inside the place of business. Mind you the car carrier WAS NOT hooked up to the 15' truck I was renting. I had to back the truck up to the trailer at a 45 degree angle due to its position in the field and then with the help of a passing gentleman pick the trailer up out of the dirt high enough to get it on the ball of the truck. The customer service lady came out to watch us but didn't like standing in the above knee high grass where the equipment was parked because she had sandles on. She never inspected the truck, car carrier or if it was attached to the truck correctly/safely. She never took a picture of the hitch for her liability purposes. She didn't do any of the customer service steps that I have seen done at the 3 other Uhaul places I have rented from in the last 2 months. On top of that the truck had 2 holes in the roof of the cargo area and my boxes got soaked here in Evansville IN this past weekend ruining a bunch of my wife's things. Half way here from Florida the marker lights stopped working on the trailer. At pick up when I was doing the pre check online the pictures of the vehicle were on a paved lot not the overgrown field I picked it up at. It was dirty on the inside as well. You can tell that location does not represent Uhaul like the Tallahassee locations do. Someone needs to do a surprise visit there to look at how your brand is being presented to the public because if this had been my first experience with Uhaul it would have been my last.

Peter CThe girl was nice and came in on her day off to make pick up easier, however, the hand truck they had in the truck was incorrect and when she gave me an appliance hand truck the strap was broken. The worst part is that I didn’t see the broken strap until I got it home. It may have been turned in that way and they never noticed it and is inconsequential to them, but to me it was a big deal as they were closed and I was left with a useless hand truck and broken appliance dolly that were not only unusable, but took up space in the truck for nothing.
Brain HI returned this on a Thursday and they were closed, I had difficulty finding a spot to drop it off. Then I couldn't log in to my account for some reason. I took pictures of the trailer so I can verify its drop off condition. I called their phone number and left them a voice mail to call me to make sure that we were all good with the end paperwork part and never heard back from them. So I'm taking for granite that everything is good to go

STEVEN SI had a 15 ft truck and a pull behind for a car did not get the plug to make the lights work for the pool behind they did not help me hook up the pool behind did not properly inspect the pull behind or they would have noticed that there was no plug had to drive an hour and a half from my location because none were available then had to drive 45 minutes to another location after loading and realized that there was no plug to make the lights work with no gas compensation
April LOur truck was not ready the truck given was not even checked in. Sales lady tried to resolve the issue but ut was new to her. She call some top man he said we could take the other truck instead but it was completely on E empty no credit was given. We left with truck n car dolly. Paid over 990 and were to drop off in Sharon Pa. Couldn't do drop off be a use no code givin. Called left msg sent emails. On my online acct it was stating I was picking up a truck n car dolly in Sharon Pa on Dec 28th. So couldn't pro ess drop off. Now I'm being charged another 40+ for don't know what. They won't answer or try to figure it out. Mr Micheal sent me that email and I told him that wasn't my charge they owed me for 1/4 tank of gas then he emails me again says they don't refund gas. But the starting point woman told us straight out we would be reimbursed. Crocks liars and unfit to be used. Trucks were not sanitized or clean. Woman said she put ut all in the notes. Do t waste tour money or time. No body knows what they are doing and nobody cares. CROOKS N LAIRS
LANCE FI rented a car dolly to get my broke down car home and there was NO PIG TAIL. We asked the place if they had one and they said no and went on and rented the car dolly. So it had no lights. We went down to the auto store and made up a pig tail so we had lights. Plus I was told that the 1day rental $48. And then was charged $74. I will be calling the Corp. office.

Tabitha FWe were treated so very nice and accommodating. The vehicle was at the location when they said it would be and was clean and ready to go. I would highly recommend this location as a U-haul rental facility.
JOHN HWe were supposed to return the equipment to the Jefferson St location but they were locked up with no notice of when or if they would return. We called the Hampton Springs location and were told we could return the equipment to them. The woman that checked in our rental equipment was exceptionally helpful - She saw that there was an error, (we were being charged double for mileage) - she called 'corporate' and got the problem resolved. Overall service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfactory!

Kurt yThe clerk at this location came out and cleaned the back of the truck. I appreciate this, he was very pleasant and helpful. The front cab was a little dirty but not to bad. Great customer service, I did not tell him about the inside cab area.
Dianne WThey charged me more than what was agreed upon. Uhaul was unable to give me my reservation, so I had to go two hours out of my way to pick up from this location. I was told it would be the same price as what I had reserved, and I would be given unlimited miles. When I got to this location, there was clearly a miscommunication and I was charged extra.
