The employee was great and the vehicle was ready to go. Returning the vehicle was very simple and just an overall excellent experience from this location. When I rent U-Haul again, I will definitely come back here.

robert bWe had reserved a 15 foot U-Haul at another location but the night before U-Haul transferred our reservation to this location which was further away, but what we reserved wasn’t available. We arrived at 8:30am but there was no one at the store. We found out this location was an online check in location only, which was terrible because the app was not working. As we were panicking at 930am two ladies arrived and were able to give us the U-Haul truck. It was 66 degrees and sprinkling out. The ladies were very kind to rescue us from the app. We drove the Uhaul home where hired helpers packed the truck and we left to North California. We discovered that the Air Conditioner did not work, and as we made our way across the state it got hotter and hotter. Heat rolled out of the engine into the cabin. We stopped frequently for ice water. It was an awful drive but we didn’t want our items to be damaged by the heat and kept pushing. We called to complain and U-Haul refunded us $150. Ok. Fine. I hope they don’t allow anyone else to go through this. I have had way better experiences moving and was expecting more, but am grateful we made it without further issues.

andrew gFuel intake had the wrong kind of gas cap. This gasoline to spill out of the truck if you filled it. This cost us time and money on the trip. Other than that, really nice folks to rent from. Just be sure they & you double check the truck before you drive off in it.
Tim BThis location was NOT chosen by me. We chose the one on Sierra Hwy by Princessa as it was just around the corner from our home so we could get a ride and get there easily. Without notice until day of pickup, we were transferred to Newhall location which was further away and did NOT even have truck in stock. (Sierra Hwy had 30 trucks.) When I went to the new Newhall location, they were closed and not answering their phone and messages were full. Eventually they answered and even picked me up as I had lost my ride when I was taken there the first time when they were closed. They were nice and pick up went well once they were there.
John MI can not think of anything that needs reforming. Representative has excellent customer service, elaborately explained protocol, delivery very kind but firm. Thank you.

EUGENE CCheck in was easy. The lady that helped me was friendly and professional. The truck was clean and the a/c worked like a charm! I would rent from this location again.
Juan ZLa Fiesta Store clerk just happened to come into work Saturday, lucky me because online order went to other location. She called owner and changed locations so we got another truck and we’re only an hour late. Returning truck same day after store was closed was a hassle and I was overcharged for truck for some reason but at least I know better never to rent at La Fiesta store location.
Gayle WI didn’t realize this Uhaul was right across the street from where I live, so it was very convenient, clean, almost new van, good on gas etc. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Tamara SSuper dirty U-Haul, it was super cold and the heater wasn’t working. The back latch kept getting stuck and I usually have a great experience with u guys, other than that this time was a little frustrating.
Mario BI only have one complaint. When I called for pricing they said 19.95. That really isn't the price for what I wanted and I wanted to hear the price.

LEW RBe able to give proper information to a customer about picking up a vehicle during non- business hours. The whole process of reserving the truck and car trailer was miserable. I was disconnected from 7 different employees while trying to get information how to retrieve the key from the locked truck.
