No way to adjust the side mirrors. Smelled a bit of smoke from previous users.

Donna MRenting a U-Haul truck using the "Share 24/7" service couldn't have been easier. And in the Latham, NY area, the A METRO Self Storage location was very convenient. Although the reservation and pick-up process completely via mobile phone was, at first, a little confusing, once I understood the process and procedure it turned-out to be very easy. I did receive a text message with a link that did not work and I had to contact customer service, but it turned-out that the link was really unnecessary to begin with. My only suggestion would be to describe the process a little better up-front so that the first-time user might not be quite as confused or not know what to expect. Now that I've used the service once and know how it works, I'll definitely use U-Haul for short-term small truck rental in the future.
Eugene PWhen I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was still covered in snow and ice and I had to walk through piles of snow to even get to it. I actually fell very hard on the ice because it wasn’t removed or even treated causing a tear in my pants and cuts/abrasions to my hands and knees. I feel lucky I wasn’t more severely injured.
Edward CAssuming people don’t rent uhauls everyday the ap experience was cumbersome and time consuming. My reservations was 1030 by the time I was done downloading and filling out forms and waiting verification, it’s was 11am and I STILL had to call and confirm.
Matt BSelf-service pickup didn't work; required multiple phone calls; the whole pickup process took more than 2 hours. it should've been 10 minutes. Also, the u-haul app is poorly laid out. You need a UI / UX designer to fix it. It add to the frustration.
Ely GPicking up the truck via mobile was not as easy as you made it sound. And, since there was no staff at the pickup location, it required me to spend several minutes on the phone with UHaul customer service. Other than that, the experience was good.
Maureen LTruck was covered in snow for days. Couldn’t get the key to my original reservation (15ft) was not available I had to take 10ft truck The person inside the facility was no help at all
Zebiullah NI did not get my dollys and I had to wait for someone to drive to get me the key.
