Tiny office in a strip mall. Trucks parked in residential neighborhood. No lot.

The only thing is that the van was very filthy on the outside and banged up and also for some reason after I declined to obtain insurance on my online reservation, when I arrived to pick up rental I was forced to take the insurance. She said Uhaul no longer rents without. Later I called UHAUL personally and rep very kindly refunded my insurance money.

Fernando E.While I was reminded of the truck being returned cleaned there was debris from a prior client on the box of the truck, The cabin left a lot to desire also... I returned the truck within hours on the same day and on Monday, Uhaul was calling me to ask me when will I return it. evidently, the truck was not checked back in. I returned it while the store was still open and spoke to a young gentleman when I did. Returned the truck with more gas than I took it in, however, the receipt shows I returned it with 1/2 tank and took it out with around 3/4 (not true). Next time I will have to go to a different Uhaul agency.

Go to another location where senior manager and other manager realize their jobs is to apologies to any customer for any inconvenience and disfuse any stressful situation with options and solutions not back talk and brush off a stress customer due to the company's inability to follow through on agreements. But should be looking for other mean to resolve and satisfy customer. Go to another location where manager are aware that 1 customer is not 1 customer but many ,since that customer can have an influence on many other family,friends,neighbors and co worker. And Go to another location where senior managers can take the lead to protect the company image when a customer tell a young manger they need to stop back taking and be quite since they are representing the company on company time with the company's customer to keep retention. I can over look the young manager inexperience but since there was also a senior manager and she showed no loyalty to the company or appreciation for the customer in these difficult financial time. I would say this. Go to any other place but this place if you want a place that can properly deal woth you as a customer. This being said never again will this place see me ,my finances, or friends ,family or any one I know..this the uhaul system with show in the future. But I always like the uhaul company and service Ben the return call service representative redeemed that fact fl very nice customer service. Thank you Ben .

They screamed and disrespected me the whole time there as a customer. Employees have the worst level of education. Uhaul should be shamed to hire or contract people like these in your team. I would like to make a huge complaint in customer service department
Lisette P.Hi, I went to my U-Haul location and it didn't have my truck. I would have appreciated a heads up. While it wasn't ideal, the phone number worked and the second reservation went well. We ended up having to go further since this location was further away, so I would appreciate if we were given some free miles to make up for this. As for this location, the folks were incredible and professional.

ALFONSO P.The dollies and blankets were just placed in front of the van and I had to move them and move the van so I could put it in the back. Also, only one of the side doors opened and was a pain to get stuff in the back. I feel I should get a discount for this particular issue.
Robert R.The 10' truck I rented was very clean, but in serious need of maintenance, the check engine light was on, the change oil indicator was displaying, and it was making noises that had me worried it was going to just stop working. The customer service was second to none though, I would still rent from them again if the need arose, just be more mindful of the condition of the rental. That was on me.

DANIEL G.I wasn't notified about loosing my 9am reservation, if I didn't make it in 30 mins. So I lost my reservation, and I wasn't notified about the rule. Customer service was nice but I had to drive to another location. It would have been nice to at least receive an apology.

I do not understand how they could have been confused. After being assured over the phone with a sales rep that another same sized truck was still available, we were forced to take a significantly smaller truck that did not fit our needs upon arriving to the store to pick up our reservation.
