ALFONSO P.The dollies and blankets were just placed in front of the van and I had to move them and move the van so I could put it in the back. Also, only one of the side doors opened and was a pain to get stuff in the back. I feel I should get a discount for this particular issue.
Robert R.The 10' truck I rented was very clean, but in serious need of maintenance, the check engine light was on, the change oil indicator was displaying, and it was making noises that had me worried it was going to just stop working. The customer service was second to none though, I would still rent from them again if the need arose, just be more mindful of the condition of the rental. That was on me.

DANIEL G.I wasn't notified about loosing my 9am reservation, if I didn't make it in 30 mins. So I lost my reservation, and I wasn't notified about the rule. Customer service was nice but I had to drive to another location. It would have been nice to at least receive an apology.

EJerry L.Our reservation was given to another customer with a completely different name , a day before our reserved pick-up day, who provided a different expected return date. I do not understand how they could have been confused. After being assured over the phone with a sales rep that another same sized truck was still available, we were forced to take a significantly smaller truck that did not fit our needs upon arriving to the store to pick up our reservation.

MARIA S.I originally reserved van rental from another location, but due to them not having any available was sent to this location instead, which cost me more for Uber. Dont see point in reservation. Also this location forced me to get the $20 insurance, which I initially declined online. I did not want to argue because i had taken the day off work and really needed the van as well as limited in time. Not a good experience at all.

I called Carla's SW 67th office and she did not have the truck size needed, but she took the extra time to find a truck for me and made all the arrangements. She was wonderful! I cannot find my notes and I hope I have remembered Carla's name correctly.

Stephanie K.Truck was old with 90k miles drivers seat damaged from so much use sunken with no support to your body very uncomfortable and the speedometer max out at 75 miles per hour on the truck had to drive 8 hours round trip on the highway at no more then 75 speed limit horrible experience all the cars would pass me on the highway and it took me for every to reach both destinations was desperate to get back and return the truck also engine light was on during the entire trip and a/c would turn on and off during trip.

Nivio V.I did the entire rental process online but at this particular location you can't just “find your truck†and go. I spent 15 minutes of my rental time circling the block, trying to find the trucks and vans. When I finally went inside, the staff did much of the rental process again, from making a copy of my license to running my credit card (which...I had already done online) However! The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. The van was pristine, comfortable, and ready to go. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a location but know the online process isn't really online.

Juan H.Although the rate was $19.95 at day finally I had to pay more than this. U-Haul add a lot of fees and numbers to make me pay $122.00 by two days. I just drove 15 miles. No real a good deal .
