Truck was old with 90k miles drivers seat damaged from so much use sunken with no support to your body very uncomfortable and the speedometer max out at 75 miles per hour on the truck had to drive 8 hours round trip on the highway at no more then 75 speed limit horrible experience all the cars would pass me on the highway and it took me for every to reach both destinations was desperate to get back and return the truck also engine light was on during the entire trip and a/c would turn on and off during trip.Valentin V.

I did the entire rental process online but at this particular location you can't just â€œfind your truckâ€ and go. I spent 15 minutes of my rental time circling the block, trying to find the trucks and vans. When I finally went inside, the staff did much of the rental process again, from making a copy of my license to running my credit card (which...I had already done online) However! The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. The van was pristine, comfortable, and ready to go. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a location but know the online process isn't really online.Allison G.

Although the rate was $19.95 at day finally I had to pay more than this. U-Haul add a lot of fees and numbers to make me pay $122.00 by two days. I just drove 15 miles. No real a good deal .JUAN J.

The communication between the website and the location is awe full. I rented a truck to be pick up at 8:30am. The location open at 9. No one called me to informed me that the truck wasn't ready I received the truck at 9:30. I paid for an elevator in the building that I was moving and I lost one hour and a half of moving time.sebastian P.

I am very please with the service I received from this location. I went to the one on Flagler and 67th Ave and let me tell you what a yoke and complete case of my time. Stoped by the day before and was told they Opened after 8:30 am showed up at 8:45 am and was told oh they get here sometime after 9am waited till 9:15am and left. Got on U-Haul website called this location reserved truck they accommodated parking for my car as well. Very professional kudos to the young lady who helped me and to this location. They've earned my future business and all my referrals. Thank youfrank P.
You should tell them to fill out the gas tank before returning the vehicle because the gas charge was very high for no reason.JESUS F.

I was changed 4 times for the bill that I have been changed and already paid for throwing my account into debit of overdraft 4 times costing me an overdraft balance of $140. That to me is not fair. Who will pay for the overdraft and now the Executive I was referred to told me the reversal we take up to 6 working days. That will increase my overdraft cost to the bank because I only funded that account just to accommodate my bill. Please Judge for yourself if you were me, what you will be thinking about your overall experience.Paul I.

I am very upset- made reservation on line and asked for truck with lift gate and no insurance waiver... got truck with ramp and was forced to buy insurance. What good is to request the above and not receive it!- the attendant said that truck does not have lift gate and that insurance was mandatory... if that's true, why offer it on line? Not counting today's rental, this is tge last time I'm using U-Haul!!! If you need to talk , you can calll me- you have my number-Manuel N.
