I was charged for gas, that I had already put in the truck. I knew exactly how much I needed: I took the total miles (trip 1 on the dash), then divided by the average gas mileage. It came to a little under 4 gallons. I put in 4. On my receipt they charged $20+ for gas! I did not appreciate this.

ARTHUR GThe application kept crashing when I used the camera sideways and the screen rotated back. I was very concerned that I was doing something incorrectly and had to go through the drop-off procedure in the app multiple times. There were no personnel on-site for drop-off. I attempted to use the not applicable option provided in the app, but the app refused to allow me to finish with that option selected.

Arthur GThey have 1 person running back and forth between shops for customer service and did not explain any of the rental contract or go over any conditions for the rental and upon requesting my deposit back they went and claimed the equipment was damaged 2 days after I returned it , no one was there to inspect the equipment upon return and there was no damage when I returned it and they did not inspect the equipment with me when I rented it That location can be improved if the had trained personnel present and informed to give customer assistance, I've used other locations and l've never had any issues before

arthur gMaybe make the computer they use To check you in user friendly. The guy we had checking us in had a hard time Should have just copied my drivers license and I should have been on my way. Took almost an hour because of how he had to get my info in there. To be fair he was just learning. That’s why I gave 5 stars. Computers are hard for some.
