Had ordered furniture blankets but none included when I went to pick up the truck. The windshield washer reservoir was empty when I attempted to use it. Had to refill myself.

Norman SThe place where I rented from A-1 convenience were not very informative. I would say they were extremely rude but they barely even spoke to me. When I had questions about what the final charge would be it was like I was asking a crazy question. I will never rent from this location and will let everyone know not to as well. A little customer service goes a long way.
