We paid for and reserved a dolly and moving blankets and neither one were provided nor did they take it off the bill. Disappointing

Bisli VWhere to park is pretty confusing and I had trouble with the app doing self-return. The app signed me out midway through the process and I couldn't submit pictures of the vehicle's condition. Thankfully customer support assured me that they were aware of the problem and gave me some help.

Y luego me hicieron un cobro por limpieza por 25 dólares. Dónde solo lo usé para llevar 4 camas y un sofá. No lo recomiendo ni lo vuelvo a usar. Gracias

MICHELLE AMy u-haul was not ready at the reserved time.I had to pick it up 3 hours after the intended pickup time.After I was done with the truck the app wouldn’t function properly so I couldn’t access instructions to return the u-haul as specified on the app.After being put on hold for 10-15 minutes with no help I decided to just park it and leave the key in the designated drop box. I ended up being charged an extra 30.00 dollars without knowing what the charge was

robert MI asked for counter service to receive my truck, but the person in charge was not there and never arrived, someone else gave me the keys but it was not the truck assigned by the app, a supposed manager called me and tried to give me the attention but I lost 1 hour in the process. I also asked for 1 dozen of pads and they weren't ready. The person in charge, Jackie, never gave me a solution or help directly, I think I won't consider this location again for my movings
Lucia VLying, cheating, stealing, adding hours to my return to charge me for extra overpriced day. I will tell all my friends to never rent from them. Very unprofessional staff including the manager of U-Haul locally. My truck was clean and gas added above when rented.

Isaiah CTry telling your customers upfront about the one time fees for COVID before a customer agrees to rent from Uhaul. I was not informed about the COVID fee until I was returning my rental truck. It was never mentioned from the provider that I rented my truck through, nor was it highlighted on the website when I reserved my rental. All fees should be mentioned upfront when showing a price for the rental. Had I known about the extra fees, I definitely would not have extended my rental, and probably would not have rented a truck through Uhaul. Probably would have gone with a different company. Will not be renting with you in the future-- you lost a customer due to shady practices.
Holly GThere’s no signage or designations as to U-Haul return. The woman receiving the vehicle seemed as though she couldn’t be bothered and wanted me to leave so that she could process the return without me there. I repeated asked her to help me determine if there would be any extra charges and she just told me that they would prorate the day because I returned the vehicle later than allotted. That was true, but in part because I couldn’t find the return location. So I drove to another location on “San Pedro Ave” where they told me that I wasn’t at the right place they kindly helped me google the right location and explained that it was called EZstop and he showed me picture on google maps of what it looked like. When I got to the correct place, I asked her if I had exceeded the mileage and she said she didn’t know because it wasn’t listed on the paperwork. I knew it was and finally located it. I went back to the truck to confirm I hadn’t exceeded the mileage and I hadn’t. I also had the truck up to the quarter tank level I was supposed to. After I left, I got a bill for over $125 for all sorts of fees, including a $51 charge for gas, because they put in 2 gallons of gas at $4.25 per gallon and then charges for the inconvenience. That’s just wrong in so many ways. I would never recommend that drop off location and would recommend that you close that location down for extreme inconvenience, unfriendly service and total fraudulent charges.

David RThe gentleman I met at the front desk was very courteous, however, the experience of the renting was less than optimal. The vehicle had been reserved several days beforehand, along with 2 dozen moving blankets. When I arrived, the person who usually handled the rentals was not in tge office that day, and I had to go online again to complete the reservation. The location only had 5 blankets, not 24, and while the vehicle itself was clean, it's overall condition was less than par for UHaul vehicles compared to what I have rented in the past (the vehicle had over 135,000 miles on the odometer, and the transmission sounded and felt as though it might drop out of the vehicle). With advanced, online reservations, one expects to arrive ready to drive away with a truck in good working order and all the equipment that had been reserved. Again, I do not fault the store manager; it was the person who should have been there, or the districy iffices that could have trained more employees to sign out their equipment.
Bradley LI was charged a $40 cleaning fee for a truck that when I entered had 5-6 cigarette butts on the floor and ash in the cup holder. I used it for a day, told the attendant about the cigarettes, and STILL got charged a cleaning fee! Called back to try and get my $40 & was promised a refund. Never happened!

Rene RI turned in my uhaul the same day I rented it. I had a two day rental. I rented it Saturday morning and dropped it off Saturday evening. They charged me an extra day rental Monday rental. They charged me extra gas wgen I had more gas when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. Will not use or recommend again very disappointed. I have used uhaul several times to move my kids.
Kelly BPoorly organized. Staff was not very knowledgeable. Turned in my uhaul on time but got a message the next day saying my uhaul was past due.

Zaid G1st - my pickup date and time - was set for Saturday at 8:30 am - per online order. I arrived at 8;30 am and the office was closed. We waited till 9 am and ask the next business about this place hours. They said that he should already be at work. Now its 9;30 am and still no one at the office. . I paid movers to be at my pace for 9 am and they are calling me and waiting - meantime - we are losing moving time. so this white guy finally rolls in at 9;45 am and I am pissed at him. all he does is gives me the truck keys and I leave. I never signed any paperwork or was asked to do so. Now my bill has charges that _ did not .agree to - we will context these extra charges. Extremely bad managed broker.
Fidencio ZI checked the website, went to a location where there was an inventory, that wasn’t the case. None is the trucks listed were in stock. I was able to book one 8 miles down the road, but the location was closed and my account was unable to be verified. I was in the phone for a total of 45min to get the keys to the truck. Unorganized, not reliable website or information and inability to give accurate information is why I’d never recommend Uhaul to anyone.
SEAN MYou should always have someone available when you are picking up. We had a very hard time getting checked in on line and had to call several times to the 800 number to get help

Jericho PI was told I could not get a printed receipt that it would come via email I still don't have it and I returned it almost 24 hours ago. I called this morning and she said she would get it ready and send it that was 2 hours ago. I need to know how I don't have my deposit back the math doesn't add up over just mileage. I will call that complaint in personally if I don't hear from that lady in the next 12 hours. other than those items I had a good travel safe reliable at work mechanically handled well in traffic etc.

Roland RThe Girl Jackie is a Chronic Liar on the Phone...Changes her name to customers...and called and spoke with her the day after on a complaint bcuz the Rental Van's Fuel Guage doesn't work properly when filling it back up for turn in...Spent $33 and fuel Guage still showed at half tank...when I started it up and drove off...the rental van showed 7/8ths of a tank....So I made the complaint the next morning at 9am...andcthe vehicle was already checked in...and she said she would call UHAUL Reps to let them know...and did not...So I contacted her the next day...and she said she spoke with her manager and that they won't reimburse or pro rate me on the Gas....She said it states in the contract that it's to be returned with half a tank....but of course your contract will NOT STATE That your Equipment has a faulty Fuel Guage....I belive I'm owed $20 in GAS Or reimbursement towards the rental.
Jay II waited till the day of my move to try and acquire a truck... Big mistake!!! But I called the 1-800 number and a customer service rep found me a vehicle and was able to reserve it for me. Great service all around.
JOHN AOnly one employee was knowledgeable about U-Haul rentals; had to wait 45 min for them to get back from lunch. On return, employee was off and no one knew how to help me. Had to download app and figure it out myself.

JUAN VDid not have a appliance dolly or blankets in the truck. We ordered online and paid online. Was advised to go down to the dealer to pick up. After standing in line for 20 minutes we were told that the items should already be in the truck and that the items at the dealership were reserved for their customers. Very frustrating especially after the items were already paid for!!!
JAMES SNot informed of the time crunch on returning the vehicle until the time of pickup. Only 1 hour but paid full price. Very poor customer service.
Jason HPick up location is good. I was to pick at 12:15 PM. I did not get truck until 1:30 PM. No one know why is environmental fee is charged by Uhaul?
RABINDRA PThe location has no UHAUL signs on it, and the personal didn't know that they where a UHAUL location, the Manager was very helpful to solve the issues after minutes and calls.
