I will not recommend renting another U-Haul from this location or from uhaul again! They made it very difficult to even get the vehicle and wasted half of my day while charging me full price. I had asked for a utility dolly and was never told that they didn't have one before I went to pick up the truck. It was a complete mess to even begin my move and completely frustrating. I never even got a phone call with an apology after I dropped off the truck the next day. POOR INCOMPETENT customer service!

The young lady helping me was wonderful! Also, I was able to drop off the truck and dolly the night before and when I got there the next morning to check on paperwork everything was done. I got the credit for the hold on my debit card right away. However, the charge still hasn't been posted. Ya'll need to post the actual charges faster.
