This location went above and beyond to get my rental van. The website needs serious work. It wasnt working for my pickup. called the 1800 number and it wasnt working either. If the man didnt come open his store I would not of gotten the van. He saved the day!

The rental itself went well. Not happy at all about the parking situation. Difficult to get the truck out no clear place to park it when you returned it and if you are not familiar with driving a truck this becomes more difficult. Staff was good. Price was what I was quoted but the parking situation is awful.

Customer service was horrible..I was told that I was going to be charged for gas because I didn’t bring it back at check level..when truck was inspected prior to renting I was asked did I agree if fuel was between half tank and empty (which was 1/4 of a tank ..I agreed ..but on contract agent put it was at 3/8 of a tank ..After driving only 3 miles I returned rental with gas at 1/4 tank like I was supposed to ..when agent checked she told me I was being charged because it was at 3/8 ..I told her it was an error that she made because if it was at 3/8 there was no way that I could have used that much gas if I only went 3 miles in total ..she would not change it even after I explained the logic about the 3 miles what a rip off worse experience I had with renting from U-Haul ..Very disappointing

When I arrived to pick up the car I went behind the store where the truck was parked. Car was parked on a steep upgrade hill facing forward ( which by the way was against the traffic and I didnt make much of it ) I checked everything along with fuel gauge which showed level same as on the paperwork so I checked OK . After driving of about a mile I noticed that fuel gauge went down A LOT but I figured it will level up . Next day after driving 31 miles I filled it up with 4 gallons of fuel which was way more then I drove but i figure $10 is ok . After parking the car on the same spot but in the correct position going with the traffic car now was facing upwards. Lady came up and checked the car which was fine told me I have to refuel the car because fuel gauge was showing a lot less fuel. She told me that they always check fuel with car parked on the hill and I told her that nowhere in the contract says that i have to check car on the hill and anything like that - She explained to me that fuel gauge always is like that and other crazy stuff . But she didnt noticed that the car now is parked other way she quickly gave up and handed me my invoice with no extra charges - I thing this location does it on purpose so they can squeeze extra few dollars from everybody . So remember when renting the truck from this location CHECK FUEL GAUGE ON EVEN PAVEMENT !

The employee at the store was not able prior the pick up, to indicate the truck had some scratchers on the passenger side. After my inspection, before leaving the store She agreed to add the damage I reported to the contract. This attitude makes me suspect the "agent or provider " played the game for charging customers for damages that were already on the vehicle. Also inside the truck was sticky & dirty. Things to improve have the vehicle clean & properly maintained. Hopefully I am wrong & they are not scamming for damage payments.

The young lady was nice, the male worker called me 3 minutes after I rented the truck accusing me of hitting his friend car and leaving the scene, at this time I had never moved the truck. I'm sure this location has cameras, he could've verified the information instead of accusing me of leaving g the scene of an accident and allowing someone else to drive the van. I would never do business or recommend anyone here. Him and his friends thought of a way to get a car that was already damaged, to be repaired...what a scam.

Customer service was great, however they need to maintain their vehicles. We needed a van at the time and expressed our concerns when we saw how dirty the van was on the outside. It was also invested with roaches which got into some of our belongings. We’ve rented from Uhaul before and have never had a problem but we will never choose this location again.

The associate who was working when I returned the van did not bring up the correct vehicle in the computer system, thus the mileage was incorrect, he didn't have his copy of the original bill. He had to call a manager at home to assist him before he realized he had the wrong truck. He checked the fuel and I had put more gas I. The van than I started out with, 3/4 tank. He charged my. Ard $6.38 for fuel, we both returned and checked the vehicle again and he realized he made another mistake. He reimburse me in cash because he couldn't take it off of the card. It took an hour and 10 minutes to return the van. He needs to pay more attention to what he is doing when he is working on the computer.

I was given a truck with a tire low in air. I was told to just put air in the tire which I did only to find out it had gone low again in less than 30 minutes. I returned the truck and had to wait over one hour at the truck rental for another truck to be returned. Awful service!

Our only issue was they had to enter our info in like 6 times and kept running out debit and credit cards numerous times where they ended up calling us to check for fraud issues. We wasted an hour total because of that instead like 15 mins. They did apologize.

The entire experience was poor. The back of the truck was dirty and smelled of urine. The cab of the truck had a musty smell even though the truck was quite new (less than 3000 miles). The odometer reading on my paperwork was incorrect and had to be manually changed on my paperwork. The person that completed my paperwork did it incorrectly. I never received an itemized list of my estimated charges before leaving the store. I was charged for an insurance fee that I declined and when the worker (who was the boss) called someone else, they basically told me that they would have to charge me the full amount and refund the difference. It was a MESS! I should have gone to my local uHaul.

Update your inventory online to match what the store has available. make sure that when your customer reserves a vehicle online, that it will in fact be at the store. Might as well remove the reservation online if it will not be at the store.

The attendant didn't really seem to know much about the truck rental process. It took FOREVER (an hour!) despite the fact that I had prepaid.. hopefully next time we will have a more knowledgeable employee assist us in a most swift manner.
