eva bI would not recommend or ever use again. When my uncle signed up for storage he was told it would be deducted from his card well it wasn't he got 2 late fees I took over payments and so I got stuck with the late fees. I was told 1 late fee was waived then got charged it the next month. The bill was way more than described in the promotion. This is all ridiculous.
Jeremy CInform the drop off place the amount of gas that was in the truck when picked up. They charged my credit card to fill it up. We dropped it off with more gas than they gave us to start.

Kristine MI actually had reserved a truck at a different location for that day and when I arrived to pick it up I was informed that the person that handles the U-Haul rentals was out of town for the day and then I would not be able to get the truck but I could have it the next day if I wanted I told them no I needed today not tomorrow they were just a well we have no keys for it you can't get it you can't have it so I left very angry and came across a storage Depot went in and the gentleman in there could not have been more helpful and told me it's not the first time he heard that about the other location
mike dThe entire rental process was a breeze. From the time I arrived to the time I was driving the truck, it was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and rent another vehicle from this location. The counter person, my apologies for not remembering his name, was professional and extremely courteous. Thanks U-Haul!

Miguel RReservations location was changed without my knowledge making it a further distance I had to travel to pick up a truck, when I called and spoke with U-Haul rep they apologize for the inconvenience, put cost per mileage lower than quote however it wasn’t never honor. When I called back to U-Haul about this the rep stated that it wasn’t in the notes however it was a recorded line, they can go back to it and I informed her please do because you will hear her stated it. Haven’t heard back regarding the case that was created regarding this.

Lavona Tsad excuse for a business fill gas back to where was supposed to be even had receipt for gas but loser too busy to look over truck tells me get to it when he gets to it he will email me copy receipt than they try charge me $60 for fuel. Talks all shit on phone threatening me but when I go up there in person he scared calls cops. will see these losers in court. Uhual locations dime a dozen I would go elsewhere
James MHe charged me for extra day but I was allowed to have the vehicle for two days. I was there at 9 am to drop vehicle off. On my receipt he put a different time.

DANIEL KMobile check out App did not work! Thank goodness the location was open and after waiting around for a half an hour, I was able to pick up the truck that had 134k miles on it and drove like it!

Earl WEnsure gas tanks are full! I picked up truck with 1/4 of a tank and overfilled on return because it’s hard to engage how much you are going to use on a long trip so I had to make a stop for gas prior to leaving causing additional time and costing me $50 extra in gas with no incentive back from Uhual! All trucks should be picked up FULL! very disappointed in this.
