Be open and on time had to stand out in the freezing cold for an hour. Second, Fix the ID scanning app, Third, the whole uhaul system was messed up the day we rented a truck for some reason. The app didnt allow us to drop off the vehicle either. Our main issue and the techs issue was the app not working. Huge problem.
