The person I delt with was fine, but my reservation I had done had to be all redone when I got there and it took about an hour. I was told that everything would be the same as on my original reservation. However, I was contacted by a different U-haul in St. George to take my vehicle to, but this was done after I already dropped the vehicle off at the River Rd. site in St. George. On the other in, the St. George site on River Road did not put in my information and when contacted on Monday, three days after I dropped the vehicle off, told me they would process my vehicle. When I got the notification, they had me dropping off the vehicle on Sunday and charging me an extra day!!!!!!! I dropped the vehicle off on Friday at 5:00 PM, less then six hours after picking the vehicle off. I contacted them on Tuesday April 2 and they said they would look into it, and a day later I have not seen anything from them. This whole experience has been the worst ever with U-Haul. I am 61 years old and have used U-Haul many times for many reasons over the years and have only had good experiences. Jason RThere seemed to be some sort of issue with the transmission but it got us here and was otherwise just fine. I appreciate that your ramps are wide enough for my motorized wheelchair. I'm always happy with my Uhaul experiences and never go through other companies. The one suggestion I would make is finding a way to increase leg room for passengers and folding stairs that come down to help people in and out of the truck. As a disabled person it is quite challenging to climb in and our of your trucks.

The back of the truck had not been swept out It wasn’t bad but not what I have had in the past rentals

Alan LIt took two hours to get the truck once I was at the site. You have to stand right next to the drivers side door of the truck you are renting in order to get the online prompt to work. Then it prompts you how turn on your location. After following that instruction precisely you are still not allowed to progress to the next screen without waiting on hold for 30 min to talk to someone about how to proceed. That person tells you they will transfer you to someone else who can over-ride the system to let you proceed. You wait on hold 30 more minutes for someone to instruct you to go into safari and allow access to your location a different way. Then you are allowed to do the required documentation to proceed which includes two forms that may or may not be accepted. Then you have to wait while they call your people on your verification list before you can proceed. Then you have to take pictures and write a text description of every dent or scratch that doesn’t have a sticker on it. The truck was filthy so it was difficult to see where the scratches and dents were. The inside of the cab still had trash and sunflower seed shells on the floor. The back of the truck was not swept free of trash, debris and a dirty rag. Overall it was an onerous process that I hope I never have to do again. I thought doing it online would be fast and hassle free. It was the exact opposite.

Annie SMy reservation was not ready at the scheduled time. The truck I reserved was attached to a trailer I had not ordered, and the key was not in the box as it should’ve been. Further, I was initially charged for over $1,000 miles beyond what I had traveled, and when that was refunded, I was still charged more miles than I had traveled with no offer to make it right. I will not use this location again.

LISA KI was happy with the entire experience! I needed a little guidance for my hitch and connection on my new car which they were happy to give. (I needed a 2” ball and an adapter for the electrical…my 7 pin round to their 4 pin flat). I went in a day ahead to set it up so was able to pick up the trailer when they opened the next morning. Very kind man with a good sense of humor helped me. The trailer was clean and followed like an obedient puppy! No problems. Thanks!

MARK TDidn’t have the truck I needed and when I picked up the trailer I waited for 45 minutes for the guy to come back to help me! Less than 24 hrs before my reservation time I was called and told that there was no trucks available….less than 24 hrs, unacceptable.
MATTHEW AI booked the rental for a Saturday pick up. I was the U-Haul store the prior Thursday where I booked the truck (TJ's rental) to pick up boxes and found out that they would not be open on Saturday...they checked where I was to pick up the vehicle and was A-Team Automotive and they were closed both Saturday and Friday!I was able to pick up the truck that Thursday...then I found the return date was wrong, it was a day earlier than my arrival the destination...fixed that with U-Haul Scheduling team and then a day later find out the drop off location was changed from my contract. Anyone of these issues could have killed my trip. Gotta check everything with this company!!

Thomas GFuel was low. Inside of truck was dirty with stuff on the floor. Water bottles stuffed in the door pockets and the back of the box was also dirty. I had to sweep it out before loading my stuff. I put fuel in it and over filled it by 1/4 tank and was not reimbursed for the fuel. Charged 80 some dollars for a 2-1/2 hour move in town.

It took me an hour to figure everything out, get the van keys, and get everything ready. In the meantime, I had people waiting for me. They had to wait for over half an hour. I'm very frustrated.
